As the Owner of Higher Thoughts, I wanted to bring a different experience to your typical hair visit by offering services that also incorporate your mind, body and soul. Your experience with me takes away the vanity from your haircut, coloring and styling and infuses more self love, healing and remembrance of who you are.

I have been a licensed stylist since 2008 and my hair journey has led me to getting trained in coloring techniques, hair extensions, textured hair and as a hairstylist in film in Manitoba. 

Since as a little girl, esoterics [the quality of having an inner or secret meaning] have held my attention and was always making potions with nature. I am versed in various modalities from Plant medicine, Esoteric Acupressure, 7 Dragons protocol, Sound healing, Gua Sha, Cupping, Angel Magick and Integrated Energy Therapy(R). I have connected the most with IET which led to my training and certification to teach. I also completed education in an Alchemical Academy where I learned Gua Sha/Cupping, Sound Healing, Esoteric, Acupressure and Shamanic practices
