Appointments & Booking

All appointments must be booked in advance. Some services require a consultation prior to booking. Appointments booked without the required consultation may be canceled.

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, depending on availability, and will be charged in full.

Consultations

Consultations are required for extension services and select specialty treatments. This allows us to assess suitability, pricing, and expectations.

Results cannot be guaranteed without an in-person or approved consultation.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or reschedules.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost.

This policy is in place to honor the time reserved exclusively for you.

Deposits

Some services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are applied to the final service total and are forfeited in the event of late cancellation or no-show.

Extensions Policy

All extension services require:

A consultation prior to booking

Regular maintenance every 6–8 weeks

Proper home care as instructed

Failure to maintain extensions or follow aftercare guidelines may result in matting, damage, or the need for corrective services at an additional cost.

Extension hair is not refundable once installed.

Redos & Adjustments

If you have concerns with your service, please notify us within 3 days of your appointment. Adjustments will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

No refunds are offered on services rendered.

Children & Guests

To maintain a calm and focused environment, we ask that you attend your appointment alone unless otherwise discussed in advance.

Health & Safety

Please inform us of any medical conditions, sensitivities, or scalp concerns prior to your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

Energetic Boundaries

This is a professional space rooted in intention and respect. Services involving touch, stillness, or relaxation are non-sexual and clearly held. Any behavior that crosses professional boundaries will result in immediate termination of the service.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted methods will be outlined at booking.
